Before Registering a New Act, please read the helpful banner on the left-hand side named, “How It Works”.
It may be helpful to select the hyperlink, “what you’ll need”, under item 1, under “How It Works”. There, it will list the materials you will need to complete your submission.
When you are ready to begin the application, you can select “Register a new Act” or “Register one now”, or “Create a new Act” from the Welcome Page!
Once the application is open to you, under the “General” tab, please make sure to notice the “Minimum 100 words” requirement at the bottom of that page. This is a sales pitch for potential clients, so please be thorough!
Under the “Videos” tab, please take notice of two things:
You are required to upload at least one (1) good video, uploaded to YouTube, OR three (3) audio samples.
There is a button at the bottom called, “Add Video URL”. You will not be able to use this button until you have added your “Website URL of Act” (your YouTube channel link) to the field under the tab, “Contact Info”. Once you have inputted that URL, you can immediately go back to the “Videos” tab and select the button to “Add Video URL” to add your video.
Under the “Audio” tab, it tells you to click, “Save Registration” first before being able to upload your audio file/s. I believe “Save Registration” means the “Save Draft” button to the right of the application. You should then be able to then upload your audio files!
Once all required fields have been completed, just hit “Submit for Review”!
